Ron Dageforde

Ron Dageforde has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ron began their career at Guide Corporation, part of General Motors Corp, where they held various roles including Lead Production Engineer/Supervisor and Manager of Business Development. During this time, they implemented lean manufacturing initiatives and conducted financial analysis to improve the company's performance. Ron then joined Delphi Lighting (Guide Division) as a Senior Accountant, where they provided budget analysis and variance explanations for a $300 million operation. Later, they joined Allison Transmission as a Competition Manager, responsible for evaluating sales requests and creating sales forecasts. Ron then worked at Sunrise Medical, Inc as the Director of Operations and Distribution Planning, where they successfully implemented statistical demand planning and oversaw the construction of new distribution centers. After that, they co-owned TSS Photography before joining Haynes International as the Director of Distribution Strategy, where they played a key role in improving service center operations and implementing lean initiatives. Throughout their career, Ron has proven to be a strategic thinker and efficient problem solver, consistently achieving positive results in their roles.

Ron Dageforde completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Indiana University Southeast. Ron attended the university from 1982 to 1984. Afterward, they pursued higher education at Anderson University, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 1993 to 1995.
