Trisha Brookes

Trisha Brookes is the Director of People & Culture for Hays UK&I. Trisha has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources, and has spent the majority of their career in consulting roles.

Trisha started their career as an Employee Relations Consultant for LV=, where they provided support and advice on a range of employment law issues. In 2004, they joined Hays Specialist Recruitment as an HR Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for designing and delivering key change initiatives to help the business meet its strategic objectives. This included managing TUPE transfers, restructures, redundancy programmes, and M&As.

In their current role as Director of People & Culture, Trisha is responsible for leading the HR function for Hays UK&I. Trisha is passionate about creating an inclusive and diverse workplace, and has implemented a number of initiatives to promote equality and inclusion within the organisation.

Trisha Brookes attended St Peters School in Bournemouth.
