Dan Raischel

Dan Raischel, FACHE, serves as Group Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at HCA Healthcare since September 2021. Prior to this role, Raischel was Chief Strategy Officer at Novant Health UVA Health System from September 2019 to September 2021 and held the position of Vice President of Performance Improvement at Novant Health from August 2018 to September 2021. Earlier in the career, Raischel spent 18 years at Carolinas HealthCare System in various roles, including Vice President of the Regional Group and Vice President of CHS Management Company. Educational qualifications include a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Winthrop University.
