Elizabeth Showalter has a diverse work experience across various organizations and roles. Elizabeth'smost recent position was as a Research Associate at Health Resources in Action, where they started in January 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Assistant at the same company from August 2016 to December 2017.
Before joining Health Resources in Action, Elizabeth worked as a Research Assistant at Boston Children's Hospital from January 2016 to May 2016. In this role, they performed secondary analysis on a research study focused on reducing substance use in youth. Elizabeth presented the results at a poster session and had an abstract of the findings published at an academic conference.
Elizabeth also gained research experience at Boston University School of Public Health. Elizabeth Showalter earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International/Global Studies from the University of Michigan, completing their studies from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Public Health at Boston University, where they studied from 2014 to 2016.
