Alyssa DiZoglio's work experience begins in 2012 when they worked as an Economic Consulting Intern at Europe Economics. In 2013, they worked as a Policy Analyst Intern at CoolChip Technologies and as an Assistant Manager at lululemon athletica. Alyssa also took on the role of a Consultant, offering strategic advice and operational support to early-stage and growing businesses. During this time, they launched a startup boutique fitness center. In 2017, they served as a Judicial Extern at the United States District Court for the Central District of California. From 2013 to 2016, they managed all aspects of restaurant operations as a Manager at Dolphin Striker Restaurant. In 2018, they worked as a Summer Associate at K&L Gates, a law firm, before being promoted to an M&A Attorney in 2019. In this role, they managed due diligence for multiple sell-side transactions and worked with private equity, venture capital, and growth-stage companies. In 2021, they became a Business Strategy Consultant at Mosh, a mission-driven brain wellness brand. Currently, they hold the position of Chief of Staff at Health Via Modern Nutrition.
Alyssa DiZoglio completed their education with a Juris Doctor (J.D.), Order of the Coif, magna cum laude degree from Pepperdine Law, from the years 2016 to 2019. Before this, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics, with a focus on Environmental Analysis & Policy, from Boston University, from 2010 to 2013. Alyssa also holds a certification from the State Bar of California, known as the California Bar.
