Amy Appleby

Amy Appleby is an experienced physical therapist assistant with a career spanning over two decades in rehabilitation services. Since October 2014, Amy has served as a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant at Healthcare Therapy Services, Inc. Previously, Amy held the position of Director of Rehabilitation Services at Sprenger Health Care Systems from February 2014 to October 2014. Additional roles include PTA at South Bend Orthopedics - Elm Rd (September 2012 - February 2014) and Facility Manager of Rehabilitation - PTA at The Sanctuary at Holy Cross (July 2008 - September 2012). Amy's career began as Director of Rehabilitation at Eastlake Nursing and Rehab (March 2003 - June 2008). Academic credentials include an AAS in Physical Therapy from Indian Hills Community College, coupled with earlier studies at the University of Iowa.
