Sallie Brown

Sallie Brown is an experienced professional in healthcare and software service management, currently serving as a Senior Success Manager and previously as a Clinical Success Manager at HealthStream since September 2019. In this role, Sallie acts as a subject matter expert for Software-as-a-Service and leads webinars, enhancing client experiences through collaboration with development teams. Prior to this, Sallie worked as a Clinical Engagement Specialist and provided direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in Med/Surg at TriStar Centennial Medical Center. Sallie has extensive experience in training healthcare professionals and has received awards for excellence in both customer and patient care. Sallie holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
