Natasha Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years in various industries. Natasha started their career as a Recruitment Executive at OCEAN EDGE in 2006, followed by an internship at MS&L in 2007. Natasha then worked as a Sales and Online Administrator at Emap from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, Natasha joined River Island as an Allocator, where they were responsible for allocations and administrative tasks within the Ladies Casual Cottons department. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Sales Executive and later as an Audience Planner at Clear Channel Outdoor, where they managed campaign delivery and built audience profiles. From 2013 to 2015, Natasha served as a Trading Account Manager at Storm Digital, contributing to revenue targets and the development of the company's proposition. Natasha then moved to OMD UK as a Communications Planning Manager from 2015 to 2016, working on planning documents and executing strategies for Boots. Prior to their current role, Natasha was an Account Manager at Rodale Inc. from 2016 to 2017, where they achieved personal sales targets and developed knowledge of various brands. Finally, they are currently working as a Health & Wellness Client Director at Hearst UK, where they develop solutions for client briefs and manages health, wellness, and lifestyle clients.
