Ben Charlick has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ben began their career as a Human Resources Intern and later worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital. Ben then joined Leprino Foods as a Human Resources Assistant and later became a Management Trainee in Human Resources. Ben went on to work at Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan as an Interim Human Resources Manager and a Human Resources Generalist. After that, they joined Tyson Foods as a Human Resources Manager and later became a Training and Development Manager. Ben then worked at Michigan Wheel as a Human Resources Manager. Ben also gained experience as a Director of Talent Enablement at Roskam Baking Company. Currently, Ben is working as a Human Resources Director at Hearthside Food Solutions.

Ben Charlick obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Davenport University. Ben then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Strategic Management from Bellevue University, which they are expected to complete in 2024. In addition, they have acquired various certifications including Consultation: Honing your Business Leader Skills from SHRM, Certified Facilitator from Korn Ferry, Culture Index Analyst from Culture Index, 10-Hour General Industry Safety and Health from Occupational Health and Safety, and Achieve Global Certified - Tyson Frontline Leadership Series from Miller Heiman Group UK (Formally Achieve Global).
