Jeremy Francis

Jeremy Francis is an experienced Chief Operating Officer at Helia since April 2021, previously serving as CIO for Australia at Pepper Financial Services Group from March 2016 to April 2021, where leadership focused on technology transformation and asset servicing. Additional roles include Head of Business Banking Technology and Head of IT for Capital Finance at Westpac Group, and various senior IT positions at Lloyds International, including Head of IT Service Delivery and Head of IT Operations. Jeremy's career also includes leadership roles at Halifax and EDS, with a foundation in Information Technology earned from the University of Technology Sydney.
