Esther Bleicher

Esther W.B. Bleicher serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Hello Heart, where responsibilities include building legal and compliance functions, overseeing various legal matters, and acting as Corporate Secretary. Concurrently, Esther is a Digital Ethics Advisor at Merck KGaA and has previously held senior legal roles at Valo Health and Ohana Biosciences, where extensive experience was gained in regulatory strategy, corporate transactions, and intellectual property. Prior to these roles, Esther held multiple positions at the FDA, including Senior Policy Advisor and Deputy Chief of Staff, leading regulatory policy development and managing complex inter-agency negotiations. Esther's educational background includes a Doctor of Law degree from Harvard Law School, a Master of Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Dartmouth College.
