Jill Ramseyer

Jill Ramseyer has an extensive background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Jill is currently the Director of Human Resources at Helping Hands Healthcare, Inc. since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Manager of Human Resources - Americas at Hansen Technologies from 2022 to 2023.

Jill also has a strong history with Conservation Halton, where they held multiple positions. Jill served as the Director of Corporate Compliance from 2019 to 2022, leading a team responsible for health and safety, risk management, and procurement. During their tenure, they implemented an Ethics and Compliance program. Before that, they were the Associate Director of People & Culture from 2018 to 2019, contributing to the development of a multi-year HR strategic plan.

In addition, Jill worked at Tim Hortons as a Senior Manager of Health & Wellness. Jill was responsible for non-cash reward programs, including benefits, retirement savings, and health and safety initiatives. Jill also developed the National Health & Safety Prevention program for their various locations across Canada.

Jill has a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College and a Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety Management from Mohawk College. Jill has also obtained certifications as a Food Defence Coordinator from AIB International, Inc and as a Joint Health & Safety Certification, Part 1 & 2 from Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills / Travail, Immigration, Formation et Compétences.
