Andrey Manankov

Andrey Manankov has extensive experience in healthcare and project management, currently working as a Nightwatchman at CareCenter for Deaf and Blind since October 2005, providing care and ensuring quality of life for residents with complex disabilities. Previous roles include a Project Manager at the Center for Clinical Documentation and Evaluation, establishing a common database for healthcare records, and a Leader at Arkhangelsk Regional Hospital, where Andrey developed telemedicine networks across the region. Education includes a Master's degree in Telemedicine and e-health from UiT - The Arctic University of Norway, a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Arkhangelsk State Technical University, and a Vocational Technical study in Applied Machine Learning from Noroff.
