Kathrin Indermaur

Kathrin Indermaur is an experienced HR professional with a background in organizational development and emergency psychology. Since October 2013, Indermaur has held multiple leadership roles at Helvetas, including Director People & Culture and Co-Head Human Resources. Prior to this, Indermaur served as an HR Advisor at Direktion für Entwicklung und Zusammenarbeit from August 2008 to June 2013 and worked as a Career Counselor at Laufbahnzentrum Zürich / BIZ Bern Mittelland between October 2005 and July 2008. Indermaur's academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Work & Organisational Psychology from Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg and various certifications in coaching and organizational development.
