Fernanda Speranza

Fernanda Speranza has extensive experience in customer service and language education. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Representative and Trainer at Helwig Carbon Products since June 2004, Fernanda has developed strong skills in client relations. Prior to this role, Fernanda taught Spanish and English to adults and children at Berlitz Language Center from November 1999 to June 2004. Additionally, experience as a Legal and Medical Interpreter for Lionbridge from 1999 to 2004 involved providing interpretation services for the USA Immigration Court System and Family Law Court. Fernanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Letters and Science with a major in Spanish Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, completed in 2003, and has a High School Diploma from Whitnall High School. Education also includes grade school at La Anunciata in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
