Ty Blitstein

Ty Blitstein is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in journalism, public service, and education. Currently serving as an Alumni Liaison and Managing Board Member at The Tufts Daily since September 2020, Ty also contributes as a Web Team member and is involved in the Diversity & Inclusion Report Committee. As an instructor and board member at Tufts Experimental College since April 2023, Ty continues to foster academic engagement. Additionally, Ty is an Advisory Board Member of the Tisch College Student Advisory Council at the Jonathan M. Tisch College of Civic Life. Previous roles include internships focused on economic security at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority and consumer protection at the New Jersey Attorney General's Office. Ty's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Tufts University and an associate student experience at SOAS University of London.
