Marc Eubanks

Marc Eubanks, MD, MPM, FACEP, serves as the Chief of Emergency Medicine at UPMC St. Margaret and UPMC East since July 2016, overseeing full-service emergency departments in Pittsburgh's Eastern suburbs. Additionally, Marc has been a Medical Review Officer for Heritage Valley Health System since July 2001, contributing to a $480 million integrated delivery network. Previous roles include Medical Director at Jameson Hospital and Assistant Medical Director at Allegheny Valley Hospital within Allegheny Health Network, where Marc focused on operational improvements and patient-centered care. Early career experiences include faculty positions at Kings County Hospital Center and SUNY Downstate Medical Center, as well as Emergency Medical Services fellowship training. Marc holds a Doctor of Medicine from Temple University and a Masters in Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
