Jarad W. Handelman

Jarad was named Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary in January 2022. Prior to joining the company, Jarad was the Managing Shareholder of the Harrisburg office of Elliott Greenleaf law firm for seven years. Previously, Jarad served in the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office of General Counsel for four years, having led the Office in various key leadership roles and concluding his public service as the General Counsel of the Commonwealth in 2015. Jarad was admitted to the practice of law in 1998. He has been a member of both of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s Procedural Rules Committees, having assisted the Supreme Court in its rule-making function since his appointment by the Honorable Thomas G. Saylor in 2013.
