Leena Patel

Leena Patel (Chartered MCIPD) has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Leena'smost recent role was as the Director of People and Resources at Hertfordshire Students' Union, where they developed and implemented a two-year HR strategy and designed streamlined disciplinary and time recording procedures. Before that, Leena worked at Kantar TNS as an Assistant Manager and Assistant Manager (Weekend), where they focused on maintaining a professional working environment, enhancing junior managers' people management skills, and launching a new disciplinary procedure. Prior to that, Leena worked at Kantar Operations as a Supervisor, successfully managing complex projects and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Leena also had roles at BMRB and Cable and Wireless as a Monitor and Trainer and HR Administrator, respectively. Leena took a maternity break for two years, during which they stayed updated on laws and subscribed to journals. Early in their career, Leena held positions as an HR Administrator at T J Max and Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd.

Leena Patel (Chartered MCIPD) holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Hertfordshire, which they earned between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Postgraduate in Personnel Management at the University of West London from 1997 to 1999. Leena also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of Bedfordshire, obtained from 1993 to 1997.
