Sarah Ware

Sarah Ware is a seasoned professional in workforce development and applied behavior analysis, currently serving as the Workforce Development Manager at Hesley Group since November 2022. Previously, Sarah held roles as PBS & Workforce Development Manager at St Anne's Community Services from June 2020 to November 2022, and as a Behaviour Consultant at Dimensions UK from June 2015 to June 2020. Sarah's career began as a Self Employed Applied Behaviour Analysis Therapist from May 2012 to June 2015, followed by a tenure as a Behaviour Analyst and Assistant Team Manager at Hesley Group from March 2005 to March 2012. Educationally, Sarah obtained a BSc in Mathematics Teacher Education from York St. John University and a degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Bangor University.
