Brian Pishko

Brian Pishko currently serves as General Counsel for Hexagon Energy, a position held since May 2023. Prior experience includes Group Counsel and Corporate Lawyer roles at Viterra from September 2020 to May 2023, and Commercial Negotiations and Contracts General Manager at APM Terminals between November 2013 and July 2019, where responsibilities encompassed customer negotiations and commercial strategy within the European portfolio. Additionally, Brian held a secondment as In-House Lawyer at Willcox & Savage, P.C., providing legal counsel across North America and South America, and specialized in commercial, corporate, and M&A law. Brian earned a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2011 and a B.A. in English from the University of Virginia in 2007.
