Corey Reeves

Corey Reeves has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and chemistry industry. Corey is currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Medicinal Chemistry at Hexagon Bio, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Corey was the Executive Director of Chemistry at Foresite Labs from November 2022 to June 2023. Corey also worked as the Director of Chemistry at Terns Pharmaceuticals from December 2020 to October 2022.

Earlier in their career, Corey held positions as a Senior Medicinal Chemist at Caltech from April 2018 to December 2020 and as a Scientist at Amgen from July 2015 to April 2018. Corey began their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at the California Institute of Technology from August 2010 to June 2015.

Corey Reeves completed a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Chemistry and Sociology from Columbia University, lasting from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organic Chemistry at Caltech between 2010 and 2015.
