Ralph Wolkener

Ralph Wolkener is the current President of HEXPOL Compounding Europe/Asia & President of HEXPOL TPE Compounding. Ralph has held various positions in the compounding industry over the past 27 years.

Ralph began their career in 1993 as a Marketing Manager for Grenz-Echo. Ralph then moved to Thona sa in 1996 and became the General Manager. While at Thona, they were responsible for all commercial and financial aspects of the Belgian facility. In 2004, they became the Vice President Marketing Europe for Hexagon Polymers Compounding (formerly Thona Group). Ralph was responsible for all commercial aspects of the 4 European production plants of the compounding unit. In their current role at HEXPOL, Ralph is responsible for the compounding operations in Europe and Asia.

Ralph Wolkener's educational career began at ESEJ, where they studied economics.

Ralph Wolkener works with Magnus Berglund - SVP Strategy, M&A, Carsten Rüter - President, HEXPOL Compounding Europe/Asia, HEXPOL Compounding Global Purchasing/Technology & President, HEXPOL TPE Compounding, and Jan Wikström - President HEXPOL Thermoplastic Compounding & HEXPOL Engineered Products. Their manager is Peter Rosén, Acting CEO, CFO & Head of IR.
