Helena Stanic has had three work experiences. Helena worked as a Talent Executive at High Flyers since September 2022. In this role, they were responsible for organizing and structuring the company's operations to ensure success. Prior to that, Helena worked as an intern at Yvelinoise immobilière in June and July 2021. Additionally, they have experience as a Sales Advisor at Bonobo from December 2019 to June 2020.

Helena Stanic obtained their Bachelor's degree in Administration économique et sociale with a specialization in ressources humaines from Université Paris Nanterre in 2022. Currently, they are pursuing their Master's degree in Responsable de la gestion des ressources humaines at IGS-RH.
