Zach Jett

Zach Jett, CPA, currently serves as the Controller at HPL since May 2023. Prior to this, Zach held the position of Controller at Ascend from December 2019 to May 2023, where Zach also worked as the General Accounting Manager. During Zach's tenure at Healthpeak Properties, Inc. from April 2013 to December 2019, Zach advanced to the role of Senior Associate - Accounting within a fully integrated real estate investment trust and S&P 500 company. Zach's earlier experience includes positions at AmSurg from May 2007 to January 2013, where Zach served as Manager of Financial Services, Senior Accountant, and Staff Accountant. Zach obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lipscomb University in 2007.
