David Ballinger

David Ballinger is a skilled operations manager with extensive experience in both educational and corporate settings. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at Higher Ground Education since April 2023, David also owns and directs operations at Code Ninjas, the largest kids coding franchise, since January 2022. David holds the position of Battalion Operations Officer with the Pennsylvania National Guard since September 2021 and previously worked at Amazon from August 2018 to January 2022, where David held multiple roles, including Sr. Regional Manager and Sr. Operations Manager - Training. Earlier in their career, David served as a Logistics Officer in the US Army and gained teaching experience as an English Language Arts Teacher and Substitute Teacher. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and Teaching from Penn State University in 2017.
