Gaurav D.

Gaurav D. has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Gaurav is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Highland Electric Fleets since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at 8minute Solar Energy, starting in 2021 as the SVP Finance and later taking on the responsibility of leading the company's finance function in the absence of a CFO. Gaurav played a significant role in raising $350 million in financing from EIG in August 2021, which was later upsized in 2022.

Between 2020 and 2021, Gaurav served as an Advisor at both Maxeon Solar Technologies and Züm. Before that, they worked at SunPower Corporation as the VP of Corporate Finance from 2018 to 2020.

From 2016 to 2018, Gaurav held the position of Senior Director of Finance at VECTRA, an Apollo Global Management company. Gaurav was responsible for financial planning/consolidation, treasury, capital markets, and investor relations, and achieved a significant improvement in EBITDA during their tenure.

Prior to that, Gaurav served as the Director of Corporate Finance at SunEdison from 2012 to 2016. Gaurav also co-founded CleanMax and worked as the General Manager from 2011 to 2012. Earlier in their career, Gaurav was the Chief of Staff at YES BANK from 2010 to 2011, and the Manager of Manufacturing Operations at ITC Limited from 2004 to 2008.
