Victor Ortega is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and systems integration. Currently serving as an IT M&A Integration Analyst at Hightower Advisors since August 2020, Victor previously held roles including IT Support Specialist II at WorldStrides, IT Support Specialist at IKS Health, and IT Operations Analyst at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. With extensive experience supporting users across North America, Victor has expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring devices, and managing IT operations. A graduate of Robert Morris University, Victor holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking and an Associate degree in Computer Science.
