Max Hlavin possesses a diverse professional background with experience in hospitality, marketing, and leadership. Currently serving as a Specialist in Retail Connections On-Premise at Constellation Brands since June 2024, Max previously held the position of Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at Hilton Chicago Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center, where responsibilities included maintaining premium golf grounds and supervising staff. An Omnichannel Marketing Intern at Constellation Brands earlier in 2023, Max has also gained leadership experience as a Summer Camp Counselor at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago and acquired industry knowledge as a Restaurant Server at Home Run Inn. Max holds a degree in Food Marketing from Western Michigan University, where studies focused on Food and Consumer Package Goods Marketing.
