Jensen Wong is an experienced restaurant and hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage management. Currently serving as the Restaurant Manager at Hilton Waikiki Beach since August 2021, Jensen previously held positions including Assistant General Manager at Gyotaku Japanese Restaurant and Food and Beverage Service Manager at Outrigger Hospitality Group. With extensive experience at THE MODERN HONOLULU as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, and various roles in customer service at I'Uraku, Tsukiji Fish Market and Restaurant, and Sears Holdings Corporation, Jensen has developed a comprehensive skill set in the hospitality industry. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and two Associate of Science degrees in Hotel and Restaurant Operations and Travel and Tourism from Kapi‘olani Community College.
