Lora Lawler

Lora Lawler is an accomplished Senior Vice President at Hilton, with a tenure beginning in April 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing Total Rewards and HR Technology, as well as HR Consulting. Prior to Hilton, Lora served as Managing Director of Career Management at The Advisory Board Company from October 2012 to April 2018. Lora's experience at Deloitte from July 2005 to September 2012 included roles as Talent (HR) Leader and Conflict Analyst, managing strategic HR functions such as performance management and employee relations. Lora also worked as a Public Policy Analyst for The District of Columbia Primary Care Association in early 2005. Lora holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Georgetown University and a Master's degree in Organizational Sciences from The George Washington University, along with a Program Certificate in Human Resources Development from George Mason University.
