Phil Gunther

Phil Gunther has over 18 years of work experience in the technology industry. Phil began their career in 2002 as Manager of Information Technology at Cendant Settlement Services Group. In 2004, they moved to RE/Max Real Estate Services as Transaction Manager. Two years later, they joined Ovo Studios as Support Specialist. In 2009, they became Inside Sales at Allied Business School. In 2011, they took on the roles of Director of Agent Services and Chief Technology Officer, Emeritus at Harcourts Prime Properties. In 2012, they were Principal, Director of Operations, Emeritus at HirLan, Inc. Finally, in 2013, they became President/Lead Developer, Emeritus at Folium Information Systems. In 2020, they were appointed Chief Technology Officer at Harcourts North America.

Phil Gunther completed their Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science at UC San Diego from 2005 to 2009.
