Daniel Kautzman

Daniel Kautzman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Corporate Operations Officer and Director of Personnel, Training and Safety at HMC Gears since August 2018, Kautzman previously held the position of Town Council President in the Town of Owensville, Indiana from November 2011 to December 2019, where responsibilities included general management of town government and budget oversight. Kautzman’s career also includes significant experience in the railroad industry, working for Railroad/EVWR/CSX from January 2006 to August 2018 in multiple roles including Engineer/Manager and Trainmaster. Additionally, Kautzman served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Gibson County Economic Development Corporation from August 2016 to December 2017. Kautzman holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Leadership from the University of Evansville, and has further education in Railroad Conductor Operations from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
