Sarah-Jane Jacobs has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as Senior Manager for UK & Europe Guest Services at Holland America Line since March 2015. In this role, Sarah-Jane oversees multi-site contact centres across Southampton, Rotterdam, and Manila.
