Dyan Barr Connolly, SPHR, CCP, BCC has extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Dyan is currently serving as the Sr. Director Global Talent Management, DEIB at Hollingsworth & Vose. Prior to this, they were the Director of Performance and Learning at Mountaire Farms, where they developed and implemented integrated talent management programs for a workforce of 10,000 employees across three states. Dyan has also held leadership positions at The Woodshire Group, LLC, Citi, CenturyLink, GE Capital, AIG, D. Hilton Associates Inc., Reliant Energy Communications, Inc., and Baker Hughes, a GE company. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for various aspects of talent management, including talent acquisition, compensation design, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development. Dyan has a strong focus on creating high-performance work environments and promoting a positive team member experience.

Dyan Barr Connolly obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior from Athabasca University, completing their studies from 1998 to 2004. Dyan later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University, attending from 2009 to 2010.

In terms of certifications, Connolly obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in October 2021. Dyan also holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from WorldatWork, which they earned in June 2022. Dyan further acquired various certifications including Certified Executive Coach from the Center for Executive Coaching in June 2021, Organizational Analysis Certification from Stanford University in May 2020, and Culture Driven Team Building Certification from the University of Pennsylvania in June 2019.

Additionally, Connolly obtained other certifications such as the Certified ProfileXT Leadership Assessment from Profiles International in July 2021, the Certified Professional of Global Leadership Assessment from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching in January 2017, and the Change Management certification from LaMarsh Global in March 2008.

Dyan also possesses the Board Certified Coach (BCC) designation from The Center for Credentialing and Education Inc. (CCE), earned in January 2023. Moreover, Connolly has recently acquired several certifications including the Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessments in April 2023, the Developing & Implementing an Outward Mindset Train-the-Trainer certification from The Arbinger Institute in March 2023, and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in March 2023. Furthermore, they received the Fundamental Beliefs of Trust and Inspire Leadership certification from FranklinCovey in July 2022.
