Kayla Teel

Kayla Teel is an accomplished fundraising and communications professional with extensive experience in the arts sector. Currently serving as the Director of Fundraising and Communications at Hollywood Community Housing Corporation since December 2022, Kayla previously held the position of Director of Development at Kirkland Performance Center from October 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included cultivating a culture of philanthropy and developing strategic fundraising plans. Prior experience also includes roles as a Development Assistant at The 5th Avenue Theatre and Kirkland Performance Center, where Kayla managed fundraising events and donor communications. Additionally, Kayla has a robust background in improv performance and education with Jet City Improv, focusing on community outreach and teaching. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater, Acting from Central Connecticut State University.
