Stuart James Walker

Stuart James Walker is an experienced curriculum development specialist currently working with Homeland Security Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities include managing the national Navy Junior ROTC program. Previously, as a youth soccer club manager at Club América Nido Águila Soccer Academy, Stuart was involved in various roles including administration, training, and sponsorship recruitment. A long-standing educator, Stuart has operated as a private tutor, enhancing student learning across multiple subjects at various academic levels. Additional experiences include serving as a senior naval science instructor for North Chicago High School's Navy JROTC program, a field supervisor for the U.S. Census Bureau, and a project officer for the U.S. Navy Warfare Development Command. Stuart's academic background features a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and multiple degrees from Northwestern University and the University of Illinois Chicago.
