David Calkins

David Calkins, CCP has extensive experience in compensation management and analysis. David started their career as a Compensation Analyst at Case New Holland in 2010 and worked there for three years. David then joined Sonepar USA as a Compensation Analyst in 2013 and later became a Senior Compensation Analyst. In 2015, David moved to Ingevity as a Senior Analyst, focusing on compensation and global mobility. David was then promoted to Manager, overseeing compensation and global mobility initiatives. Most recently, David is serving as the VP, Compensation Manager at HomeTrust Bank, a role they started in 2019.

David Calkins, CCP completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in MHR and Economics from the Wisconsin School of Business from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, but it is unclear whether they obtained a degree or the field of study. In 2014, they obtained a certification as a Certified Compensation Professional from WorldatWork.
