Yascha Roshani

Yascha Roshani has extensive work experience, beginning in 2011. Yascha worked as a Marketing and Sales Intern at Dorland Werbeagentur GmbH, followed by an Intern Business Development role at Toll Collect GmbH in 2013. In the same year, they were a Research Assistant at CBS Cologne Business School. In 2015, they became a Strategic Assistant to the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer at Wall GmbH. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Manager at We Planet Earth. In 2018, they founded Ab ins Sabbatical and in 2019, they founded Honest & Rare and graduated from the Founder Institute.

Yascha Roshani has a diverse educational background. In 2008, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Leipzig University. Yascha then completed a semester abroad at Universidad Europea in 2011, studying Sports Management. In 2012, they earned a Master of Arts in General Management from CBS International Business School, and then completed a semester abroad at the University of Hertfordshire in 2014. Currently, they are pursuing a PhD in Business Administration, particularly Business Ethics, at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
