Joseph Lai

Joseph Lai is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing IT services and end-user support across various industries. Currently serving as Manager of IT Services at Hactl since September 2022, Joseph previously held the position of Head of End User Services at LOCAL BANKS and worked as an IT services manager at Techtronic Industries. Prior roles include Service Delivery Manager and IT Helpdesk Lead at The Executive Centre, as well as positions at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, where responsibilities included Desktop Supervisor and Administrator. Joseph began their career as a Programmer at EDPS Systems Limited. Joseph holds a Master of Science in Data Science and Business Statistics and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Engineering, both from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
