Paul Chow

Paul Chow is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Group General Counsel at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) since April 2021. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Company Secretary and Group General Counsel at Cathay Pacific Airways from July 2019 to April 2021. Paul has extensive experience in the legal field, having been a Partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from March 2011 to June 2019, and at Linklaters from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, Paul was a Partner at Slaughter and May between 2004 and 2006. Paul Chow holds an M.Sc. in Global Business from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Educated at La Salle College from 1984 to 1991, Paul has a strong academic background complementing a robust professional career in corporate law.
