Yolice Wu

Yolice Wu is currently working as an Executive Director of Human Resources at Hongkong Land Limited since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief People Officer at Jardine International Motors from April 2018 to December 2021. In this role, they focused on creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and implemented digital technology for HR transformation. Before that, Yolice held the position of Senior HR Director, Asia North at Whirlpool (China) Holding Company from June 2011 to April 2018. Yolice was responsible for providing strategic HR advice and developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Yolice Wu also worked as an HR Director at IMI China from July 2005 to May 2011, where they oversaw various business functions and had a team of 800 employees. Yolice'sfirst HR managerial position was as an HR Manager at Washington Armstrong Metal Products Co., Ltd from July 1999 to July 2005, where they were responsible for designing and implementing C&B plans, overseeing plant administrative functions, and managing the EHS system.

Yolice Wu has a Master's degree in Training & Organization Development from Saint Joseph's University, which was obtained from 2000 to 2002. Yolice also has a Bachelor's degree in English (International Trade) from Shanghai University, obtained from 1995 to 1999. In addition, they have received several certifications including "Data-Driven Decision Making for the Real World," "Design Thinking: Customer Experience," and "Microsoft 365 Copilot First Look," all obtained in the year 2023 from LinkedIn.
