Gerson Damiani

Gerson Damiani is currently the Managing Director at Honsha.ORG, a consulting group based in the United States. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Lean System Design and Process Improvement at Le Chef Bakery. With a background as a Lean consultant at Honsha Associates and experience as a Production Supervisor at Toyota do Brasil, Gerson has a wealth of knowledge in areas such as heat treatment, forging, press shop, machining, and assembly. They graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Santa Cecília in 1999.
