Karen Day has extensive experience in customer service management within the housing sector. Currently serving as Head of Customer Service at Hopkins Homes Limited since January 2024, Karen has previously held the position of Customer Services Director at Vistry Group from July 2014 to December 2023. Prior to that, Karen was Head of Customer Services at Taylor Wimpey plc for a brief period in 2013-2014. Earlier roles include Complaints Manager and Area Housing Manager at Tower Hamlets Homes from March 2009 to March 2013, as well as Regional Customer Service Manager at Taylor Wimpey plc from June 2004 to December 2008.
