Starting in 2011 at Ronald McDonald House New York, they served as a Donor Database Administrator and later as a Donor Database Specialist. Adrian managed a Raiser's Edge fundraising database and was responsible for list management and segmentation, contributing to a successful direct marketing campaign that raised over $2 million annually. From 2015 to 2018, Adrian worked as a Data Analyst, Annual Fund Programs at Columbia University in the City of New York. Adrian created an automated market segmentation system and managed list management for multiple direct marketing campaigns, helping to raise over $10 million annually.
