Scott Langford

Scott Langford serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Housing Australia since September 2024, leading initiatives to enhance housing outcomes across the nation. Prior to this role, Scott acted as Special Advisor to the Board and as Acting Group CEO at SGCH, which followed a tenure as Group Chief Executive Officer of the Green Building Council of Australia. Scott holds multiple leadership roles in various organizations, including Chair of PowerHousing Australia and member positions within the Community Housing Industry Council and Community Housing Industry Association. Scott’s extensive experience in housing and urban development is complemented by a comprehensive educational background, which includes an MBA and a Post Graduate Certificate in Property Development.
