Ben Greenberg

Ben Greenberg is the Director of Lending at Housing Partnership Network. With a background in Accounting and Finance, Ben previously worked as a Consultant at BKG Consulting specializing in Affordable Housing and Real Estate Development and Finance. Prior to that, Ben served as the Director of Lending at Community Housing Capital, Inc., a national Community Development Financial Institution. Ben is responsible for production and credit for Housing Partnership Fund/Network, and has experience in project evaluation, loan packaging, and underwriting for nonprofit lenders.
