Juan Rivera

Juan Rivera, CHES, has extensive experience in behavioral health research and community health initiatives. Currently serving as Social Behavioral Research Manager at Howard Brown Health since August 2015, Juan's previous roles include Research Assistant and Call Center Representative at Starbucks, where responsibilities included supervising a team and enhancing customer service. Additional experience includes a Community Health and Wellness Intern position at Lake County, focusing on student assessments and program development, and working as a Student Research Aide at Northeastern Illinois University, where tasks involved creating a social media application for cancer patients. Juan holds a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Community Health and Wellness from Northeastern Illinois University.
