Dena Kate Norsworthy

Dena Kate Norsworthy is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Howard Industries since May 2023. Previously, Dena held the position of Legal Assistant and Office Manager at the Rankin County Office of the County Prosecutor from August 2022 to May 2023. Dena also worked as the Recruitment & Retention Lead for the School of Marketing at The University of Southern Mississippi from August 2021 to June 2022 and served as a Desk Assistant Floater in the Department of Housing and Residence Life at the same university in late 2019. Early career experience includes working as a lifeguard and entertainer at the Flowtown Splash Pad for the City of Florence during two summer seasons. Dena holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the same institution. Education was completed at Florence High School prior to attending university from 2014 to 2017.
