Henrietta Southby's work experience includes the following positions:

- Associate Director - Climate Risk and Resilience at Howden Group Holdings since October 2022.

- Associate Partner and Principal at Sofala Partners from February 2018 to October 2022. In this role, they provided research and strategic advice for sub-Saharan markets.

- Freelance Consultant as an Independent from April 2017 to January 2018.

- Associate/Senior Associate at K2 Intelligence from November 2014 to October 2016. Henrietta'sresponsibilities involved research, analysis, and report writing for projects focused on the Middle East, North Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa.

- Subcontractor and Intern at FTI Consulting's Global Risk & Investigations Practice from August 2013 to January 2014. Henrietta contributed to public record research and report writing for multiple projects.

- Intern at Control Risks' Global Risk Analysis (GRA) from March 2013 to June 2013. Henrietta'srole included contributing to the research for a database assessing the risk profile of different countries.

Henrietta Southby pursued their education in various institutions. From 2016 to 2017, they attended The Dehkhoda Institute in Tehran, where they completed a Farsi Language Course. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree from King's College London, specializing in Terrorism, Security, and Society, during the period of 2013 to 2014. Henrietta'sundergraduate studies were conducted at The University of Edinburgh between 2008 and 2012, resulting in an MA (hons) degree in History and History of Art.
